Dina Meyer was born at Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing the junior high school, she moved from Queens and moved to Dix Hills Long Island. She has two siblings, an older brother named Gregory as well as a younger sibling called Evan. The modeling profession was her first experience in the field. It was her first job between the ages of nine and sixteen. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among other actors that received this education. Her first acting role came from Beverly Hills 90210. This led to her relocating in Los Angeles. Then, she got as the lead role in the movie Johnny Mnemonic, in which she did almost all of her own stunts and established herself as an athlete. The talent agent she worked with was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able score a recurring role on Friends.
